Collision Repair

Cracked radiator / core support

2023 Ford F-150 Tremor · 5.0L V8

Front radiator / core-support component

Chosen

Ford (OEM)

Selected

OEM confirmed — component identification pending

Why this option

Confirmed cracked on both sides during the intake inspection. This is structural and sits ahead of every cosmetic decision on the list — the Raptor front end, bumper and grille all mount to this area, so nothing forward of the firewall gets installed until it's sound.

Trade-offs

Exact component and part number still need identifying. Scope and cost are unknown until then, which makes this the largest open variable in the build. OEM is the standing policy for collision repair on this truck — no aftermarket comparison was run, because matching the factory part is the requirement. What's outstanding here is part-number identification, not a choice.
